Day 20. Week 3: Somehow there was not a single ounce lost this week.
I am looking back at my week & thinking what I might have done wrong or different.
I was only able to workout twice this past week. Definitely stayed within my calories range every single day. In fact I was under, which maybe wasn’t the smartest thing to do.
I was not able to drink my ten cups of water & unlike my first two weeks where most of my meal & snack calories came from protein & vegetables carbs, this past week was just eating calories but not making sure that they were coming from the right sources.
I also haven’t taken my thyroid medicine in more than three days. Just got lazy to pick my prescription up & from past experiences I know that my body responds to no medicine right away
Time to change my daily routine up & do what I was doing before.
Eating with discipline & working out like a beast. Not to mention that I will never miss a single dose of my medicine again.
No one said its going to be easy, but is it going to be worth it?
It absolutely will be.
