That’s right.Friday is here & so is the Super Bowl Sunday. Don’t let the weekend ruin all the hard work you put in during the week. If you are getting together for super Bowl, volunteer to take a snack & make it a healthy choice.Remember to eat clean, drink clean & get some sort of exercise in. Because if you are going to make this happen, then you WILL need to stay on track throughout.
